Returns

  1. Postage costs of returned items to be paid by customer and is non refundable.
  2. Under the 'Distance Selling Regulations' you are permitted seven days from receipt of goods to decide if they are suitable or found to be faulty, after this time we are not obliged to offer a refund.  
  3. Faulty goods will be exchanged free of charge. 
  4. Refunds can only be given on the safe return of goods. Please ensure that goods are returned in their original packaging, unused, with tags still attached and in a re-saleable condition.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that goods are returned in a timely manner. No responsibility will be taken by the seller for goods that fail to return.
  5. Rocklands Mere Fishery is more than happy to offer an exchange on items should you feel you have ordered incorreclty but postage will be charged.

Please note: on occasion items listed will not be in stock due to a supplier delay. We will do our best to notify you if your item is going to be delayed  and you are entitled to a full refund if the are unhappy to wait.
