The first Danielsson reels were created in the early 1980s byKurt Danielsson 
from Smedjebacken in the Dalarna area of Sweden.
Today, development and production are handled by Kurt’s son Tomas and his colleagues and are regarded by most as the best reels available anywhere in the world.
